Look of the Day: Bella Hadid's Bronzed Glow at Cannes After swooning over the (many) gorgeous looks of Gigi Hadid, our focus shifted to younger sister Bella Hadid last night when she officially secured supermodel status at the Cannes Film Festival. Who's the makeup artist behind her flawless look? You can thank Patrick Ta (celebrity makeup artist for Charlotte Tilbury) for her contoured complexion and soft smoky.
To get the natural, bronzed look we're dying to recreate, Ta prepped Hadid's skin with a generous layer of Charlotte Tilbury Magic Cream and lightly applied Charlotte Tilbury Light Wonder Foundation in Shade 3. To play up Hadid's naturally gorgeous features, Ta contoured with Charlotte Tilbury Filmstar Bronze and Glow, noting, "this product photographs amazingly, and Bella loves a softly contoured look." Ta then applied Charlotte Tilbury Cheek to Chic in First Love to give Hadid's cheeks a "healthy flush."
To get Hadid's ultra-subtle smoky eye, Ta used the Charlotte Tilbury The Luxury Palette in The Sophisticate as well as The Dolce Vita. The makeup artist then used an angled brush and brown shadow to draw a thin wing starting half way on the eyelid and smudged outwards for a smoky eye effect. He then added some drama with a few swipes of Charlotte Tilbury Legendary Lashes and painted Hadid's pout with Charlotte Tilbury K.I.S.S.I.N.G. Lipstick in Penelope Pink.
Look out beauty world, the Hadids are taking no prisoners.
