Step 1: Use a tinted moisturizer or sheer foundation to even your skin tone. Then, swipe a pale pink blush (like Benefit Dandelion, $28) on your cheeks.
Step 2: Line inner rims and outer rims with black eyeliner (like Chanel Stylo Waterproof Long-Lasting Eyeliner in Black Shimmer, $19). Smudge the line on the outer rims of your eyes. Use a white sparkly eyeshadow on the inner corners of your eyes, and on your lids use a taupe-bronze shadow (try Nars Duo Eyeshadow in Bellisima, $32, it has both shades you need).
