These shadows are smooth and very nice to wear. Mine lasts all day long and they do not look overly shiny or like teenager glitter eye shadow (no offense girls). I have a variety of BB shimmer shadows in a palette and have had them for some time now. Even with regular use I have yet to hit pan on any one color so I feel like the price is worth it since they seem to last forever and are good quality. May 6, 2008, 11:01 am

I have this eyeshadow in the lilac color and its lovely - very subtle but still gives a beautiful, slightly shimmery sheen. Its very light, so might not show up enough on darker skin tones (I'm extremely fair). I love the texture though - very silky and easy to blend, and probably some of the darker colors would be fine for those with darker skin tones. December 3, 2007, 3:33 pm

These are the better color choices when it comes to Bobbi Brown eyeshadow. They go on richer and darker then the normal matte eyeshadows she normally has. Some of the colors are really unique and fun, like Black Plum. It looks totally different on then in the container. It looks like a dark brown with a hint of burgundy and gold. On it’s a dark brownish, grey. I love it. It does not blend as great as Dior or Tarte, but it lasts most of the day and is s really rich, deep color. June 18, 2008, 3:51 pm

I love this eyeshadow, I bought the compact w/ refillable color slots. It's great because it takes a lot of the bulk out of my makeup bag, and the eyeshadow colors are all very beautiful. I love the neutrals, and the colors I got are shimmery and pretty, but not too out there... very good for day. I use this over a primer, and it lasts all day. June 14, 2008, 10:22 am
