Benefit BADgal Lash
Editor's Rating & Review
The fat, thick brush of this mascara is like a promise of what's to come when you apply it. One coat and you've got full, thick and extremely dark lashes. While it's not quite like "wearing a set of false eyelashes," it's about as close as you can get when using mascara alone. Be aware that the formula has been known to flake and smudge by the end of the day, but I'll take that for lashes this full.

Not BAD, But Not Great, Either
Ah, my quest for the "ultimate" mascara continues (and will probably never end). I like the fact that you can try a small tube of this at Sephora for $10.00, and thus I purchased it recently. It is very black. Benefit claims that this is like "a sexy set of black false eyelashes . . . without the glue!" Hardly. It does a great job of tinting my lashes (though it doesn't have the same gloss as "They're Real!"). The giant, dense wand is wonderful, as it covers every lash. I just don't find that I get the same length as I do with LancĂ´me's "Definicils" or the wonderful volume I do with "They're Real!" I didn't have a problem with clumping or flaking, and this is a definite plus. This mascara is passable, but I can live without it. It isn't purse-friendly, except in the trial size. — 1 month agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 0 people said helpful

It is so-so
I got it in a kit, but I am not impressed. I really like Maybelline mascaras. They are a classic. — 2 years, 2 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 1 of 7 people said helpful

A "less-costly" alternative to DiorShow
Relatively lesser cost to DiorShow, very similar in brush and it gives you a nice false-lash. Very little clumping, but it still doesn't completely match up to DiorShow. — 2 years, 2 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 5 of 8 people said helpful
