Orgasm. Need we say more? This legend continues to be a most-talked-about product among women and celebs. Why the major love-fest? Maybe it's the sheer formula that brightens your face with one sweep. Or maybe it's the glow we get from the flattering peachy-pinky mix with a hint of sheen. Or maybe we just like saying the name, which is just one of 22 gorgeous shades. We say, it's worth the splurge.

This is my favorite blush line and although I wish they had more shades because I seem to can't get enough of NARS blushes, these babies come in all sorts of flattering tones. From shimmers, glitters, matte, and sheen, the finishes of these blushes stun beholders as they sculpt and tint a flush healthy colors. In a sleek and chic thin compact, you get quite a bit of product to last you through the seasons and couple of bad breakups. I love blending this on a finish face because just a bit of this completely defines a face. I'm trying to collect as many as I can! The price though is intimidating, the results, however, are drawing me into sweet temptation. May 6, 2008, 11:24 am

    I prefer SIN

Nars blush was my introduction into the Nars line, and I approached 'NarsOrgasm' with mixed feelings - on the one hand it has that cult status and so many rave about it - on the other there are those that believe it's way overhyped. February 15, 2008, 8:59 am Nars blush was my introduction into the Nars line, and I approached 'NarsOrgasm' with mixed feelings - on the one hand it has that cult status and so many rave about it - on the other there are those that believe it's way overhyped. I wasn't sure what side of the fence I was on - so I trecked to my local Sephora to see if I could fit in with all the hype. Sadly, this is one "o" that just isn't for me. It's a nice color but doesn't work great with my skin tone - I did love the texture and pigmentation of the Nars blush though and knew I'd find something that suited me better... that 'something' came in the form of SIN which is described by Sephora as a "berry with gold shimmer" - that's a fairly accurate description, it's a nice deep pink, moving towards mauve and the bit of shimmer makes cheeks look healthy and glowing but not garish... So where as Nars blushes go, i'll skip the "o" and sin instead. February 15, 2008, 8:59 am

    Long lasting, good color

April 19, 2008, 1:35 pm I have two Nars blushes - the ubiquitous Orga*m and Sin. For my skintone, Sin works a lot better. I'm Asian with medium skin, but with slightly rosy cheeks. Orga*m is a little too pale and too pink for my skin, but when I mix it with the Laguna Bronzer, it works well. The blush does last a long time, is pretty easy to apply with a blush brush and definitely lasts a long time. I've had Sin for a couple years and haven't used it a lot...of course, i have a lot of other blushes too, so i try to use all of them...that's another story. Quick recap - the formula's good, color's good so long as you pick the right shade for your complexion. (total beauty won't let me type the whole name of that blush....interesting) April 19, 2008, 1:35 pm

However, after almost a year of trying to figure out why I was having a weird "breakout"-- not acne, but small bumps, I had to switch to another blush b/c I was out of this and my cheeks completely cleared-up! It never occurred to me that a quality blush could cause a reaction. I don't know if anyone else could have an adverse reaction, but just wanted to give a heads-up. January 19, 2008, 4:38 pm

January 16, 2008, 10:33 am I have the award winning shade, orgazm. I was a little apprehensive about buying such an expensive blush but...wow! This is my new staple and the amount you get in the compact is endless. I have had mine for over a year and I am not even halfway through it and I use it everyday! I am extremely fair and this flatters my skin tone perfectly. I also apply it to some of my friends when I do their makeup and no matter what skin tone you are, this blush looks good on everyone! Although it is very subtle, be aware that there is a small amount of shimmer. Great buy! January 16, 2008, 10:33 am

    Best Blushes I've Ever Used

It complements my NC 45 skin tone very well and doesn't look the least bit chalky or disco like. In the pan Lovejoy looks a little boring, but once it's on it gives me a very natural blush with a tiny bit of shimmer; it really wakes up my face, and adds just the right amount of color to make me look put together, but not overly made up. December 11, 2007, 5:56 am I splurged on my 30th birthday with Nars blush in Orgasm. Prior to that I wore bronzer or maybe a blush from a drugstore but I felt a new decade deserved a treat. I am turning 33 next year and am still using the SAME compact of Nars Orgasm, with almost daily wear! The metal is showing but I think I will get through another year without needing replacement. The shimmer is subtle - perfect for day wear and will garner tons of compliments about your complexion and health. The color is gorgeous and natural and layers well to have a fine flush or a rosy glow. Never an issue with looking powdery, cakey or clogging pores. Amazing amazing product and completely worth all the hype! December 11, 2007, 5:56 am

    Another cult-fave dissapointment!

I've tried NARS blush in Org--m (apparently Total Beauty doen't allow the whole word even though it's named in the Editor's review) a few times in different lighting just to make sure.... but it was a no go for me. February 9, 2008, 2:40 pm I've tried NARS blush in Org--m (apparently Total Beauty doen't allow the whole word even though it's named in the Editor's review) a few times in different lighting just to make sure.... but it was a no go for me. I wanted to like it, everyone else seems to (but everyone raves about Great Wear mascara and I could care less for that too)! I could use Org--m as a highlighter perhaps, because even though I'm very fair, it certainly wasn't enough color for a blush. I like Deep Throat blush for a flush of healthy color. However, for a $25 compact, the rubber container attracts all kind of mess! For a similar color with a little shimmer, try Urban Decay's compact blush in Score. February 9, 2008, 2:40 pm

Well, all the hype was well-merited. It gives a pretty, yet subtle and believable flush to your cheeks. It's pinky-peach color highlighted with the slightest hint of sparkle (Not Glitter) is suitable for many skintones. It also lasts a long time. I use this blush every time I do my make-up and it has lasted for well over a year. Finally, a product worth the fuss. December 4, 2007, 8:48 pm

I use the shade Oasis. The thing that bugs me about this product is that I wear shimmery eyeshadows and so I try to avoid shimery blush, and the blushes are shimery. Plus, they don't last throughout my 8 hr shift. Just find a good brush to apply this blush. I honestly think these blushes are overrated. I prefer the Drugstor... They actually stay on all day. September 2, 2008, 12:26 pm
