Amazing product - poorly executed packaging. While I do love this eyeliner, the way it sharpens has always bothered me. The actual pencil/liner part doesn't quite seem to fit into the wood surrounding it - mine always has a gap between the point and the wood. This, in turn, causes me to over-sharpen the pencil which means I use it more quickly/more goes to waste (i'll finish the pencil in about a month). I suppose that's a small price to pay for how evenly the liner goes on and how long it wears. I like to smudge mine with a brown shadow over the top, which elongates wear even more. This is one of my splurge items. Over the years I have found that I haven't been able to wear most eyeliners you would fine in a drugstore. So when I tried thi color and I wore it for a few hours, got some compliments and practically ran back to buy it. It glides on and is MEGA easy to apply, and I am brainless when it comes to eyeliner. I love the slightest shimmer, the goldish green it changes in light, and shade of green it is. I haven't loved an eyeliner this much ever. I only ish it was a longer lasting formula. I have been wearing this product for more than a year now, and I love it. I have all the colors (aqua is really cool) because you can play with them by making it very light or very dark. They are great for touch ups from daytime to night. Also, they don't smudge (they really ARE waterproof), stay put and look good all day. I have extremely sensitive skin and this product doesn't affect me at all. Love it! May 4, 2008, 1:50 pm

I love how this goes on. It goes exactly where I want it. It doesn't end up under my eyes by the end of the night and comes off when I wash it. One thing...you have to have their sharpener. I suffered through about a year until I broke down and bought theirs...What a difference! And it makes it last a lot longer because it doesn't waste so much. Great company...No animal testing! Honestly THE best eye pencil I've ever used. The kohl is soft, so it doesn't drag or pull on the eyelid, but it's not so soft that it disintegrates all over the place. It's very pigmented and lasts forever and a day.
This was recommended to me because it's water-proof. I like to line the inner rims of my lower lashes, and this stays put and doesn't travel, making me look like a panda. October 17, 2007, 9:20 pm

Love this pencil. It goes on super dark and doesn't disappear quickly. It also glides on your lid super smooth. Definitely my go to eyeliner for a saturday night!
However, the pencil does have a tendency to smear and if you have super oily skin like me, I would recommend using an eye primer to keep the liner from moving. That also means that using it during the day time with the hot sun beading on your face (I'm from Florida) could be a disaster! February 16, 2008, 12:00 pm

The M.A.C. P.E.P. is one of a girls' best friends. The application of this product is like a dream and is incredibly versatile for the wearer. Whether you want a light, slighty defining line, or deep smoky look, this one has it all! The fact that this is a waterproof pencil just adds a little more to the greatness factor. I have been using this eyeliner for about a year and a half now and absolutely love it. I have tried numerous eyeliners and fell in love with this one. Usually my eyeliners smear or seem to disappear as the day goes on but this one stays on like it was just applied. The only thing I wish that this one had is the smudge applicator on the other end. I definitely recommend this eyeliner to any of my family or friends. June 11, 2008, 10:09 am
