Panettiere's cherry-red lips are great for a friend's holiday bash:

Step 1: Apply foundation to even your skin tone and use brow pencil (try Avon Ultra Luxury Brow Liner, $1.99) to fill in brows for definition.

Step 2: Use black eyeliner (try MAC Powerpoint Eye Pencil in Engraved, $14.50) on upper and lower lash lines and inner rims, smudging out the corners a bit. Apply two coats of black mascara (false lashes optional) to finish your eyes.

Step 3: Sweep a light application of bronzer (try Nars Highlighting/Bronzing Blush Duo, $37) on the apples of your cheeks and your forehead.
