If there is a "Zero" rating I would've rated it "0". It is really a worst product. Tried it a lot of times. Never removed any hair but irritated my skin. I bought this for my travel to make my life easier by not packing my razor and shaving gel. I made a great mistake by getting this after seeing all the commercials. I still have it and try every once in a while just hoping it would work.
