Having used Touch Base for years I know that it works in keeping your eye shadow from disappearing. A little dab smoothed on your eyelid will carry right through that important meeting all the way to a romantic dinner. Worn alone, it blends eyelids in with skin for a natural look and it feels great, soft and gentle for the delicate eye area.
