I like it.
I was lucky enough to get the 24/7 jackpot kit when those were still being sold. I love how high-pigmented the colors are and they glide effortlessly. They can be smudged after immediately applying it for effect. Once they set, it stays on. I didn't use to like these...
But now I'm a convert! I love these and want to own them in almost every color of the rainbow. While the brown and black are good staples, there are drugstore alternatives that are comparable in quality, but at a much lower price. However, if you're looking for some fun, bright, awesome colors, Urban Decay is definitely your brand. I love the color selection, the lasting power, the creamy texture of the pencils, and the edgy packaging. My favorite everyday-with-a-kick colors are Oil Slick, Mildew and Stash. But if you're looking for a BRIGHT blue, Electric is awesome. Intense, Long wearing Liner
I bought this in perversion which is the true black color in this range. I really love this for adding intensity to the lash line. These pencils are soft, so they really glide on and blend nicely. Once they set, however, they stay put which is great. One of the main reasons I don't use pencil liners much is because they lack precision and staying power. These at least provide the latter. They don't last forever on the waterline, but they are far better than other brands I have tried. I have the color deviant in a mini size which is a bright, slightly sparkly blue color. I love this for a pop of color. The range of colors that Urban Decay provides in these liners is amazing. I have my eye on the midnight blue color, binge, as well. At $19, these are fairly steep for a pencil liner. However, they are better than any MAC liners I have tried and are less pricey than the Stila smudge sticks, which cost $22. waterproof at last
These eyeliners are exactly what I was looking for. This product is waterproof. It can last through spin classes at the gym or a long day at work plus after work drinks. I bought the 15th anniversary set so I have a ton of colors. I love the range of colors that they offer from nudes to brights. I am a convert for life! Not very smudge proof
I needed a waterproof eyeliner. This Urban Decay 24/7 pencil, as promised, glided smoothly, and gave great deep dark black color. However, it was just too soft to work accurately for my waterline, and it smudged after a while.
