I love music and makeup; makeup makes you look good, and music makes you feel good. I always seem to spend my money so fast because of those two things! I work at a Sephora so I really blow my money very quickly... It's amazing how something as simple as makeup can completely change the way a person feels about how he or she looks. 

I'm a broke college graduate with a B.S. in Economics and a B.A. in Sociology. After graduation, I realized that I didn't want to end up working in a bank, the government, or whatever; I want a career that involves some kind of creativity that revolves around my passion for beauty. I realized that I need to follow my passion even though that means I have to start at the very bottom as a product consultant, operational manager and (certified) professional makeup artist. Even though my life isn't where I want it to be right now and I know it's not going to happen over night, I have to keep my head up that one day I will be noticed and develop a career in the beauty industry.

Two of my biggest artistic heroes in the beauty industry are François Nars (I'm the Nars expert/geek at my store) and Dany Sanz. I would LOVE to be able to meet them one day! 

My two biggest dreams in my life right now:

1) Work in the beauty industry--either the business, education, or the artistry side. 

2) Move to L.A. or NYC (where I feel like I belong every time I go there; it feels like home to me)--someone rescue me out of Phoenix--PLEASE!!!!
