Urban Decay Shadows are the best
This palette is worth every dollar. The colors are really well saturated, and it comes with primer, liner and mascara. App card, speaker and phone cord. When you open up the top, there are 3 dimensional butterflies. But aside from the bells and whistles, I have used a lot of different brands of eye shadow, and Urban Decay is the best. It lasts, they offer good colors, applies beautifully. You will be very happy with this palette, — 1 year, 5 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 5 of 7 people said helpful

Fun
This is a fun product and really more of a novelty item. The items themselves are fantastic, but the packaging is awkward for extended use. The tray can be a bit difficult to get in and out and there isn't a separate topper for the shadows so you are pretty much stuck with this large bulky case, which can be difficult if you have limited counter space. — 11 months, 1 week agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 1 of 1 people said helpful

Adore it!!
This palette is large – we are talking book sized – so there is no question in my mind why it is called the Book of Shadows. Some people have reviewed it and said it was gimmicky. Ok so yeh, I don’t need a mini speaker to use makeup – but there are 16 zero point 3 oz shadows (full size shadows are zero point 5 oz and run for $17.00 each). Most of the shadows are the typical Urban Decay formulas that are very highly pigmented and smooth and luxurious. Two of them Gunmetal and Gravity are not as pigmented as I am used to from Urban Decay. I really like Crystal and Cobra is amazing with the gold shimmer. Would I get it again? Well, yes but I doubt I’ll ever run out of eyeshadow! Just for fun – what’s the value of the shadow within the box? $163.20 — 1 year, 2 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 1 of 1 people said helpful
