Not worth your money!

I have owned this in two colors, black ("Onyx") and white ("Pearl"). PROS: Cute packaging. The colors are very very pigmented. CONS: Expensive ($18). Too soft. Does not set. Smudges everywhere. Does not stay well on waterline. Overall, not a product I would repurchase. I prefer products that DO set, but can be smudged out while applying. This product does neither of those things. Stila's Smudgepots are much better products and are more versatile than these kajal liners--try those out instead! — 2 years, 7 months ago

i love all things stila. this eyeliner goes on smooth and doesn't pull on your skin, which is great for those of us that are concerned with wrinkles. it's a little pricey but it lasts me a long time. colors are great and stays on for a good time. — 3 years, 11 months ago

Great application, pretty color

This product has gotten many mixed reviews but I have to say I really like it. I have had no problem with the Tiger's Eye shade of this eyeliner pencil. It applies smoothly and evenly, blends/smudges nicely, wears well and looks very pretty. Tiger's Eye is a nice basic color that looks as good for daytime as nighttime. A good idea would be to use a lid primer and/or a light dusting of powder. I find this makes a huge difference in how well eye makeup applies and stays put. If you have oily skin a lid primer is a must. I will purchase this product again. — 1 year, 3 months ago

I LIKE THIS EYELINER PRODUCT AND I USE IT ALONE OR WITH OTHER EYELINERS--DEPENDING ON THE LOOK I AM GOING FOR AND ALSO THE COLORS I NEED TO GO AFTER THE "LOOK" I WANT TO ACHIEVE..MIX AND MATCH COLORS AND LINERS AND YOU MIGHT BE SURPRISED AT WHAT TURNS OUT...I KNOW I WAS THE FEW FIRST TIMES NOT ONLY THAT, A LOT OF OTHERS NOTICED (in a good way) AND PEOPLE KEPT COMING UP TO ME ASKING "HOW DID YOU CREATE THAT EYE LOOK" INSTEAD OF GOING INTO DETAIL EACH AND EVERY TIME...ALL I DID WAS WINK AND SMILE AND MOVE ON--LEAVING THEN WITH A ? Pros- Super pigmented, great variety of colors, soft. Cons- TOO soft (the tip has broken off more than once), smudges beyond belief, messy, and creases after only a few hours of wear (even WITH a primer). I have this in three colors, as I got them on a clearance 1/2 price deal. Even paying $9 for the product, I still felt that I overpaid. This stuff winds up getting everywhere on my lid, my fingers, and even the sink! I want a liner that will give me a neat clean line, and this just doesn't deliver. — 6 months, 2 weeks ago

this eye pencil looked really god when i was shopping for it. but the first time i used it, ewwwwww! it was so smeary and i always use a primer. i only wear eyeliner on my top lid and it made a crescent moon mark on my eye, and i hate that! i have very oily skin and i wished they had told me about that before i bought it. if you have oily skin, keep on walking! you'll hate it! — 7 months, 3 weeks ago

I only own one Stila Kajal eyeliner which is in the color Topaz. I have mainly purchased it as an alternative to a white eyeliner to use in my waterline. I think it does an amazing job defining my eyes and makes them look more awake and I prefer it to using a white eyeliner any day! However, I am not crazy about the formula. It's not long lasting and requires touch-ups during the day which I am not crazy about. Price is also a factor here as it's $18...for a product that doesn't have a long lasting power. — 11 months, 1 week ago

Not bad but disappointing

I heard this was a really good eyeliner so I wanted to try it out. It's decent but definitely not worth $18. It's hard to put this on the waterline and it smudges. It's not a terrible eyeliner but not something I would purchase again. — 11 months, 1 week ago

I love this liner for smudging
