I'm thankful for …Atralin (a prescription-strength retinol). A couple of years ago I was dealing with some major cystic acne on my chin, which is rough for anyone but felt extra awkward considering I'm a beauty editor. My dermatologist prescribed this for me and it made a huge difference, I'm so grateful for my clear (or, at least, clearer) skin.
Viviscal supplements, $49.99. I've always had baby fine hair and spent years looking for products that promised to plump it up. Of course nothing really worked long-term, not even regular biotin supplements. But I swear that after a few months of taking these pills my hair feels thick for the first time ever and I seem to lose fewer strands in the shower (something my husband is thankful for as well).
