  A couple swipes of this and I'm out the door. This is actually one of the mascaras that volumizes lashes but isn't so over dramatic that it delivers the faux extensions appeal some women aim for; this is more of the everyday mascara that brightens the whole look of the face by lifting lashes and elongating them vertically ...while adding a hint of volume to look more refreshed especially on days you loathe getting out of the sheets to start the day.   This is by far the best mascara I have ever tried for thickening your lashes. As I have gotten older, my eyelashes have lost their volume. They are still plenty long, but skimpy. This mascara makes me look like I have a full, thick, gorgous set of lashes without having to use falsies. This definitlely delivers on all of... it's promises. May 28, 2008, 10:13 am

  Great for puny lashes like mine

  I have short, fine lashes and this mascara works wonders on them, short of wearing falsies. I also wear contacts and it doesn't irritate my eyes like other mascaras do. Since I wear contacts my eyes get drier easier, and if I'm using a 'bad' mascara, it seems to make them feel drier, but not the case with Clinique High Impa...ct Mascara. Highly recommended!   waste of money

  Don't even consider buying this one. You can get a drugstore brand that does the same job. It just gives you a clean, natural look with separated lashes, without clumps. It maybe OK for blond lashed gals to just darken their lashes, but for most people who want thick, voluminous lashes, this won't do anything. May 2, 2008, 3:07 pm

  Naturally, Boldly Beautiful

  I had always used Maybelline Great Last, and liked it. It was sometimes a bit difficult to remove, but otherwise great. A friend of mine 'forced' me to buy this, and I have to say I'm quite impressed. It is a bit thinner in texture that I expected, which makes it really easy to apply well without major clumping.   Great Mascara

  This mascara is amazing! The thing I love about it the most is how my lashes look so full and thick. I've tried all different kinds of mascaras that promise thick and full lashes and none of them have worked. All of them were dry and did no improvement to my lashes. I get compliments on my eyes all the time when I use this ...Clinique mascara. I've been using it for several years and I have nothing but wonderful things to say about it.   Great product

  Mascara is my all time favorite beauty product and I've tried tons, including several department store brands. I find this one makes my lashes look thick and dark without clumping. It's one of the better performing mascaras for its price range and my one complaint is that packaging could be a little more streamlined. It'...s a little bulky to handle. November 24, 2007, 7:04 pm

  thick and full

  my favorite clinique mascara hands down... I use clinique lash primer before I apply it and it goes on thick and lush with no clumping... makes your lashes appear full and long and mine even curl. Whenever I use it everyone seems to comment on my beautiful eyes... May 28, 2008, 8:15 am

  Yes it did give me big-thick-dark lashes, and really kicked it up a few notches, so it does what it says, it's worth every penny, but keep in mind you may not want to use this for a day at the office. So as long as you don't mind spending the extra bucks this is great! May 15, 2008, 10:25 pm

  Love this one

  I tried this one after having been using Lancome's Hypnosis. I must say this is much better. It is much thinner in texture and hence doesn't clump like Lancome's, and it feels "wet" on the lashes when you put it on. After two coats your lashes look naturally longer (rather than unbelievably thick and looking... fake). I love it. April 18, 2008, 11:05 am
