I am always on the lookout for a supplement to make my stubborn hair grow. I took viviscal faithfully for months, and saw no real change at all in growth rate. The main change I saw was that my new growth came in very wiry and hard-- so it may have strengthened my hair some, but not in a positive way. It is also WAY too expensive.
