Great staying power
What made Urban Decay a household name for beauty junkies everywhere was their line of 24/7 glide-on pencils. They've expanded their line to include other products which most recently includes the 24/7 Waterproof liquid liner. First off, this new liquid line TRUMPS the old UD liners that came in a round "genie" pot, but lacked the long wear and waterproof capability. The new design also fixes the irritability many had with trying to get color from the sides or bottom of the pot. The color "siren" by far is my favorite so far with its gorgeous rich dark teal-green color. I hope that UD comes out with more colors after these liners prove success in a market where waterproof liners are making a big splash with competitors like MAC, Stila, and Make Up For Ever just to name a few. My biggest peeve of this line is the brush. It may seem thin at first, but it's made soft, thin bristles and may likely clump after continued use. I hope that UD changes this in the future to a much firmer felt tip. Perfect!
I love everything about this liquid liner. The thin, flexible brush allows you to create a thin or thick line and the consistency is thin but pigmented enough to look less harsh than other liquid liners. my new favorite liquid liner
I do not normally like liquid liners so I don’t buy them, but this came in my Book of Shadows IV so I figured I may as well try it out! This liner comes in 11 different colors. Perversion is a gloss black color. The tip of the liner is tiny – itty bitty really – I put it next to a dime for comparison and it looks like you could draw hair on the president. Because of the glossy finish (some of the other colors are matte) I had a hard time telling when it was dry – but what I discovered is it dries pretty darn quick – slow enough you can fix minor mistakes, but if you wait more than 15 seconds you will have to get ahold of some makeup remover. When they say waterproof they are not kidding – it stays through water and rubbing. I really like it a lot. This will be my go to for when I want to use a liquid liner. The liner lasted me about 14 hours, and then I had to wash it off for bed – but it hadn’t budged! Amazing. All in all I will keep using my cream eyeliner most of the time – but if I want either shiny liner or to do a wing, I will definitely turn to this one! Will I finish it? I probably won’t finish it before it goes bad – but I will keep using it. Will I buy it again? Great, Even for Beginners
This super-thin liner is a winner in my book. It gives great coverage/pigmentation, especially in the black shade. It's easy to apply and you have a good amount of control with it. It definitely stays put, so make sure you draw a line where you want it! This is the kind of liner that you can wear for a night out on the town, or through an 8-hour work day. Sold me on liquid!
I love the 24/7 pencils so I decided to try liquid. Siren was my first but I loved it so much I also bought perversion. It looks the same at the end of the day as it does at the beginning. While the brush could be firmer, it's easier to put on than any other liquid. It is great for the waterline. Amazing eyeliner!
I am in love with these eyeliners! Not only are the colors amazing, and it stays on forever! The only thing that bothered me was the tip of the eyeliner. I absolutely love this bright pink color paired with perversion liquid liner it makes my eyes pop lots of complements. The consistency is a little thin and transfers easily if not dried entirely and it takes 10-15 seconds to do so.
