From my experience, this works best on other parts of your body (i.e. arms or chest) or on your face if you don't already have makeup. I tried to use this on my brow bone and eye lids on top of eyelid primer and this caked up. For the lucky people who don't have to wear a lot of makeup (I highly envy you), this would look lovely on you. It's the right amount of shimmer without looking glittery. Good idea, not good for skin other than fair

I find that usually I'm a sucker for Nars products. This is one of those products that I probably should have steered clear. It seems that every time I put on this product, I find myself looking for the shimmer in the mirror. It really is for those with light skin, as it illuminates better and the color can be seen. My skin tone falls into the light-medium range and I still find the O... Illuminator not showing on my skin. Oh well! However, if you are one of the lucky ones that can use this product, I would suggest applying this with a foundation brush so you don’t get all the shimmer on your hands.
