Easy to use liner

Definable!!
This is a great eyeliner. The tip is very small which leads to fewer mistakes in applying. I also love the fact that it is waterproof. LOVE IT
This stuff rocks!!! I have bad allergies so my eyes water and tear up all of the time and this stuff stays on through all of that. Almay is also very hypoallegetic as well. Very good basic liquid liner.
