good basic liquid liner

Good, but..
work on your product packaging Almay! Everytime i went to use this, the pot would never stay standing, and it would get everywhere. Theres also hardly any product. And let me tell you Almay isnt the cheapest of the drugstore brands. I was also disappointed with the quality and wear of the eyeliner, it just ended up smudging even after setting it or by the end of the day it was non existant.
