Editor Review

Rated a 7.5

Nars The Multiple is a cream-to-powder formula that can be used anywhere (though it leaves lips feeling a little too powdery). The jumbo stick glides on smoothly and feels moist on skin, making it ideal for dry skin year-round or combination skin in the winter. The creamy formula, available in 13 shades, can cause mascara to transfer onto your eyelids so beware, but the dewy glow it gives cheeks is amazing. And it's easy to apply on the fly without a mirror -- perfect for frequent travelers.

A must have for all the brown skin girls out there

    by larree (12 reviews)
i have this in Palm Beach and it is my stranded on a island must have! it works everywhere- eyes, lips, cheeks- I even use it to give my whole face a sexy glow by dabbing on cheeks, forehead, and chest. If you have a quick weekend getaway planned then go pick this up. Nars the multiple, mascara, favorite lipgloss and you... have all you need to look amazing. April 28, 2008, 9:36 am

    Pricy...but worth it

    Trusted Review
When I was first starting out as a portrait photographer, I didn't have much experience with makeup. I knew NARS was a great line though, so visited their counter to get some tips and find out what products would give me the best value and look for those of my clients who were a little less than glowing. I went away with ...a few things, and my favorite is still the Copacabana mulitple. Although the "O" shade has gotten more attention, I love the nutralness of Copacabana. My only complaint is the price (but I can live with it), plus, it's offset by the fact that it seems to last forever (which could also be a drawback since it may be time to throw it away before it's gone)! A Must Have

    by Dorbella (5 reviews)
I am a Nars The Multiple junkie. My most recent purchase was for the all-new Orgasm shade. I also use Malibu and Cannes. My favorite is Malibu, a gorgeous pinish-brown shade that blends so easily and looks good on anyone. Cannes works best on my already sun-kissed skin. It gives a bit of a glow that is not over-the-top.... Orgasm scared me the first time I opened it. It's quite pinky. I though I had made a mistake . . .until I blended it in. Wow, a flushed face just like the name suggests!! The multiple can be used for lips, eyes and cheeks. Perfect to throw in your bag for touch-ups on any part of your face ! Perfect for Everything, Everyday

    by Andrea61 (3 reviews)
This product is the best I've ever used. A couple of these, a cream eyeshadow, a clear gloss and a tube of mascara is all I need to travel with and look great. It doesn't dry out your skin and you can layer the color for sheer or deeper looks depending on what you need at that moment. I keep one in my purse for touch up...s throughout the day or to refresh my look for the evening. Top colors for me (light complexion, blue-ish eyes and dark blonde hair): Copacobana, Malibu, and "the one you can't write on the WWW." February 15, 2008, 7:20 am

    Best All in One

    by Diana_B (2 reviews)
I love the Nars Multiples. I get up for work at 3am and it's great to have a product that makes you look fresh faced without looking overdone. All you need is a little swipe across your eyelids and you look bright eyed. Swipe your cheeks and you look just right not clownish. Use some as a base on your lips and add a little ...gloss and you're done. 3 simple steps in one product! It's great!!! November 12, 2007, 1:51 pm

    A lifelong commitment

    by Jenn (5 reviews)
I've never been a big fan for blushes, but when I was browsing Sephora one day this one caught my eye because of the name of the shade. Intrigued, I tested some on my face and liked what I saw, so I grabbed the last one in stock and haven't looked back since. The formulation is a dreamy cream to powder and it's so super b...lendable. The color looks like way too much when it first goes on but after a few practiced swirls of a nice big brush it transforms my cheeks into looking healthily flushed and dewy - much like the name implies! It took a few tries before I got the look I wanted perfected, but I would say that this is a good blush for beginners. It washes off easily with any cleanser. So this is the blush I think I'll be using for the rest of my life. It isn't cheap but you get so much that it's bound to last for a long time before needing to buy another one. The packaging is really cool too. I read somewhere that NARS packaging is a modern day beauty icon and it's so portable, easy to slip into your purse or makeup case so you have it for touchups if you need them. Overall, I'd say it's worth every cent. October 15, 2008, 2:29 pm

    Ultimate glow

    by beautynut21 (19 reviews)
The only thing that keeps this from being ranked as high as the powder blush is that I can't use it on my eyelids; even on top of Urban Decays primer potion, it creases. I do love it as a cheek color and a lip color though. Plus its so fun to use it at work (the tube is so sleek and sophisticated) and to tell people the n...ame of the color (which Total Beauty would not let me mention) May 21, 2008, 7:54 am

    the multiple

    by hillc76 (9 reviews)
while I've worn the blush and lipgloss in the "O" color, I've only recently purchased the multiple. I really do think this is a phenominal product! Love the ease of application, the sheen, and the diva-like attitude I get when I'm wearing it! February 18, 2008, 7:52 am

If you haven't tried these yet, get over to the NARS counter right now...seriously. They start out creamy and dry to a nice powdery finish. This is all I wear in the summertime, you can use it on your eyes, nose, cheeks. Wherever you want to get a sun-kissed glow. Favorite shades are Cannes, Malibu and The Big O (a word... which they won't let me post..that's weird!). January 9, 2008, 8:51 am

    Cannot do without this!

    by Grayburn (3 reviews)
This really was name very appropriately. I love mine in South beach which gives me a glow and a tanned effect without looking orange. You can also easily control the intensity which is a real plus. from grayburn @ blogspot December 10, 2007, 10:37 am
