Fairly Easy to Apply.

Liquid eyeliner can be another story in itself. The formulas can be dry, runny, or too thick. The brushes, well - finding the perfect brush to apply a liquid liner can be a chore on it's own. Enter Urban Decay Liquid Liner. Urban Decay has a...ll the bases covered. The formula has a nice consistency, that dries fairly quick and does not budge from where you apply it. The brush is perfect. It delivers the right amount of precision without being too thin.

The best liquid eyeliner I've ever used.
by lab201 (5 reviews)A while back, when I was trying to save money, I bought a drugstore brand instead, but since I was used to this stuff, I ended up throwing the cheap stuff away. I love the brush and the way it flows. In comparison, the cheap stuff I bought felt thick, messy, and nearly impossible to apply in an attractive way. love urban decay, LOVE this eyeliner!

Very fun!

This comes in very fun colors and it's very easy to apply, even for someone who has never used a liquid liner. Wish I had started using this a long time ago!! Can't Live Without It!

It stays put and dries quickly. I wear it for over 12 hours and don't need to reapply. For the price and the quality, it's really a steal! My favorite liquid liner!
by littlegminor (4 reviews)I normally prefer either cream or liquid eyeliners - despite the "learning curve" for using a brush accurately, I find that I get a neater line, more control, and more intense color than if I used a pencil. This liner is remarkably easy to apply and the colors have a lovely sheen, with excellent color payoff. It... does not transfer (provided I let it dry thoroughly) and lasts literally all day and then some, but comes off effortlessly. It does take patience, as it is slow to dry - but a hairdryer, set on low/cool, will hasten the process if you are in a hurry. I own Radium (bright blue), Crash (metallic purple), and Perversion (black ink) . Highly recommended! June 4, 2008, 8:43 pm

Why use anything else?
by bootsonbarelegs (20 reviews)With this you don't need to mess around with a pot of liquid eye color and a brush when you could just buy one of these? This was the first liquid liner I bough, and I have to say, I don't think I'll be swayed to use anything else. I get so many compliments on how good my eyes. Metallic

You get the eyeliner on the screw part no matter what & it makes a mess. The colour pay off is great. The liquid liner does not smudge under tears but isn't completey waterproof. Great colors, great applicator, bad packaging...

Their liquid liner is no exception, though I have to say their 24/7 Waterproof pencil liners take the cake. The liquid liners come in amazing colors (as usual) including some dramatic, and go on smooth and even. The thin brush is perfect for applying an even, precise l...ine. The colors stay strong and stay on but can get a little bit goopy. The only real drawback I found was the packaging; it's cute, sure, but the there's no place to wipe off the brush in the tube without get liner all over it and it seeping out. No good.
