Urban Perfection!
This is unique, rich, decadent color which lasts forever, especially over a good primer (I prefer Too Faced's Shadow Insurance). Urban Decay offers shades which you will find nowhere else and a consistency second to none. I've been a big fan of this brand since I used their colors for my wedding makeup. They blend beautifully and last all day, but you need to use quality brushes. The colors are unique and vibrant. Hi-pigmented!
These are highly pigmented and true colored. They go on so smoothly and last for a long time. They last even longer if you use an eyeshadow primer (something I cannot live without). I love how many colors they come in. Naturally these are a bit pricey, so I tend to invest in the shadow books that UD puts out. Urban Decay Matte Eyeshadow
I never would have imagined myself wanting a matte white shadow, but when I went on a matte eyeshadow kick recently, I decided I needed a good all-purpose matte highlight shade. I love Urban Decay's matte eyeshadows, and Yeyo turned out to be just what I wanted. Yeyo is white white and absolutely matte, but it's silky, without even a trace of chalkiness. I agree 100% with the reviewer who remarked...read more that Yeyo makes you look like you've had a good night's sleep. Apply Yeyo on the inner corners of your upper lids, and it will pop your eyes wide open! I'm very pale (NW15), and Yeyo subtly but effectively "lights up" my face, anywhere I put it. The packaging is fine, consisting of a sturdy mirrorless flip-top compact designed to resemble a subway token. I'll always want this one on hand, I think. Got this as a birthday present and was quite excited to use this. I have tried UD matte eyeshadows and they are amazing when you don't want tons of glitter on your face. I expected this to be a really nice pigmented white but sadly it hardly shows up on the face. I've learned to use this shadow as a brightener/highlighter on the highpoints of the face though such as the brow bone, down the nose, and above cheekbones and it does give a very subtle brightening effect in those areas :). Love the texture and packaging. I love this eyeshadow. It's rich white and silky smooth to the touch - it's Urban Decay quality I guess. Totally matte with a beautiful soft finish. I've been using it as an under eye highlight on my fair complexion and it instantly brightens me up. I find most other highlights are just too yellow or orange or shimmery ... plain white is just what I needed. I'm very cool toned so for someone with a warmer base, this might not be as wonderful. I absolutely adore this eyeshadow. I love using it as my brow highlight, because I usually use a shimmer on top of my lid and in my crease, and I like the way the different textures compliment each other. First off, the quality of the shadow is unreal. It truly feels like velvet. It glides on with absolute ease, and doesn't look chalky or cakey. The other benefit is that it's buildable, so you can apply a light later, or add a lot more for a more intense color. It is a staple of mine, and I will go to it about 5 times a week. My favorite eyeshadows!
I own the Book of Shadows II, the Naked palette, and several of the regular "sewer cover" style single eyeshadows like the ones pictured. While there are a few shades that I would consider duds, almost all of the eyeshadows from Urban Decay are AMAZING. The pigmentation is rich, the consistency is smooth and never chalky, the packaging is cool and edgy yet sturdy, it lasts all day, and while a bit...read more spendy, is worth every penny. While I'm not a fan of glittery shadows for everyday wear, Urban Decay makes some real glitter bombs (which is good or bad, depending on your preferences). They have a wide array of colors--an entire rainbow, really. Gorgeous!
These shadows are some of the best you can find anywhere. They are soft, but not too flaky. The shades are highly pigmented, blend beautifully every time, and wear all day without creasing--especially when used with the Urban Decay Primer Potion. They make so many shades there's definitely something for everyone. not a fan
i bought this eyeshadow in a light pink color and a black color. both of these eyshadows were PACKED with glitter. not shimmer, but like, chunky glitter. it was a total mess and transferred all over my face, the amount of fallout on these is ridiculous. and maybe i wouldnt have had so much fallout if they were more pigmented and i didnt need to pick up so much eyeshadow. please do not waste your time on these eyeshadows.This review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 6 of 10 people said helpful

Not a fan....
Maybe because I got these in a small sample box where they're just coated on a card that I didn't like these. Everyone raves about how pigmented these are but I found that they lack pigmentation. It blends okay but I'm expecting more color vibrancy. The colors were really muted and even after I applied this on top of the UD primer potion, these shadows faded within a couple of hours. Pigmented
