Cetaphil Daily Facial Cleanser
Editor's Rating & Review
Two out of three ain't bad: This thick white cleanser sloughs away dry skin and oil, but is way too gentle to effectively remove makeup. We love that it contains a mere eight ingredients. The product eschews harsh, drying fragrances for moisturizing gylcol and non-irritating cetyl alcohol, so it's easier to wash away traces of acne medication in the morning, or to use after makeup remover at night.

Cetaphil
I have sensitive skin, so my Doctor recommended this. BIG mistake. My skin became red and tight and dried out. It was horrible. I will never use this again. — 2 years, 3 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 7 of 18 people said helpful

A good basic cleanser.
It won't get makeup off well, unless you only wear a little bit and it isn't the long lasting kind. But it's a nice cleanser for the morning that won't strip your skin dry. It's reasonably priced, and the pump is easy to use. It's best for people with normal or sensitive skin (which isn't me right now), but it's still a good product. — 2 years, 1 month agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 10 of 13 people said helpful

No Good For Dry Skin
I received a full-sized sample of the Cetaphil and thought that it would perfect for my mom. She is 63 years old with very thin skin that has been completely destroyed by the sun. I have always heard such great things about how good Cetaphil is for sensitive skin. Unfortunately, it further dried out her skin and she had a bit of a reaction to it. It just goes to prove that not all products will work for all people. — 1 year, 2 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 4 of 11 people said helpful
