Before I got this I was itching like crazy after getting eaten alive by mosquitoes in my parents' back yard. I picked this stuff up and put it on all the bug bites I could reach. In no time the itching and even the redness was gone. I'm not sure if this product may have been sitting on the shelf for a while, but it didn't work as well as I though it would. The stick seemed a bit dried out.
