Love this!

Great staying power
Before I bought any of these pencils I tried a brown shade on my hand along with several pencils from other companies. The line looked very much like it did when I applied it, long after the others were a smudgy, faded mess or completely gone. These are perfect.
These eyeliner pencils are amazing! They go on unbelievably smoothly, are smudegeable for a few seconds and then set themselves. I usually have a huge problem with eyeliner smudging under my eyes, but these ones do not. They're also waterproof. I literally could not ask for more out of an eyeliner. I own the colors Honey, Flipside and Rockstar. I use Rockstar the most - it's a dark plum color and ...read morelooks very close to black, but it brings out my brown eyes a bit. I can apply it precisely, do a thicker line, or just kind of dot it on and smudge it around when I'm in a rush - it'll turn out perfect every time. I have also worn this eyeliner during a long walk in the middle of summer. It was like 30'C, I was outside walking for three hours straight and I sat in the rain for half an hour too. I was dripping sweat, my face was bright red, but my eyeliner was perfect. Not only do they stay on through any conditions, they're also super-easy to wash off. Definitely worth it if your looking for color variety!
I absolutely adore urban decay, and this eyeliner only strengthens that! They have so many colors to choose from, with unique names like perversion (very dark black) or el dorado (a gold)! The pencil does glide right on, very pigmented so I don't have to push hard to get color pay off. It does stick to the lash lines very well, but the waterline was only okay. If I wing my eyeliner (if I don't feel like using liquid for some reason) then that does smudge a bit. Covet is really pretty with blue eyes, I've gotten countless compliments on the color! The only downside is sharpening. Ugh. Lives up to the hype!
I have these in Zero (black) and Yeyo (white), and I wanted both for lining the inner rim (but not at the same time). I LOVE that celebrity look, with black lining the inner rim, and with this crayon (okay, Urban calls them "pencils," but the consistency is that of a crayon), you can achieve that! Before I found this stuff, I disliked every eye pencil I tried. I had pretty much given up eye pencils for liquid eyeliner or matte black eyeshadow applied with an angled brush. Since then I always have an Urban Decay 24/7 pencil in my makeup collection. The formula is amazing. It's rich, creamy, and blendable. And once it dries, it's not moving. It's completely budge-proof AND water-proof. Right now I only have it in the color Zero, but I'm excited to try Perversion, which is an even deeper black.
