I love that this product is affordable! I have used more expensive heat defense sprays (i.e. Biolage) and I find the VO5 product MUCH better. It makes for a very soft and shiny style and really does protect hair from heat styling. This is the best drugstore heat protectant I have found! I personally adore Redken spray starch, but this is pretty much the same product but it doesn't have the setting properties that Redken's does. I flat iron quite often, and a few sprays of this usually minimizes damage. The spray bottle is perfect too...deposits a nice mist into your hair, just the right amount. Doesn't weigh the hair down or affect the texture or style in anyway. Great product! I am happy with this product. It seems to do what it is suppost to. Has a pleasent smell and I love the way the handle/pump works. It doesn't tire my hands like traditional pumps on top of bottle do. Alberto VO5 Extreme Style Heat Defense Conditioning Spray has done wonders to half the damage of my blowdryer. I could see the difference within a week and I won't blow dry without it now.
