Big hair that holds overnight -- really. Applying this fragrant mousse is both fun and awkward; mild pressure on the whipped-cream-can tip releases a puff of mousse the size of a lemon. (You'll need three of those.) Unless you spray directly on roots (beware product overload), it can be challenging to work mousse into roots from hands. Apply on damp hair to get volume that's a little stiffening but not crunchy.

    Flexible Volume.. Really!

    A friend suggested I try this product to give oomph to my flat hair, and since it is such a good price I figured I had nothing to lose. My friend was right- this mousse is fabulous and not only gives hair volume but also tames the fly-aways! February 21, 2008, 8:13 am

    Worthy HG

    I wouldn't necessarily say that my fine, straight hair gained luscious, shampoo-ad hair, but this mousse is definitely one of my HG products for its ability to fight frizz against humidity and gets extra points for styling hold and root-lifter. I use around one eggshell-size of the mousse and work it quickly through the hai...r at the back of my ears. I use the remains at the top and sides of my head--I place my palms against my scalp and massage it into my roots. This really cranks up the volume, and if I partially air-dry it, I'm left with gently voluminous waves. I've repurchased this three times, and you really should give this a try if you're looking for volume and anti-humidity frizz! February 10, 2009, 9:53 am

    I was unimpressed with this mousse. You have to use a TON of mousse to get adequate coverage and although the volume lasted for an hour or so, it quickly dissipated. Loved the scent, though! And not a bad deal for the price. September 30, 2008, 12:04 pm

    Volume is sexy

    With Weightless Volume your hair rises to the occasion without looking stiff or overdone. Nothing is worse than sticky or clumped hair.
