Does not work for me at all
Does not conceal or brighten. I've tried it over and under concealer and just plain, and even attempted to layer it on to see if I could get eye brightening--no luck. Not really that good
I was a little bummed that this didn't do much to brighten under my eyes. My circles aren't very dark, but this did nothing to cover them, brighten them, or disguise them. The formula was a bit on the runny side (I tried from a sample size I received) and seem to stick more to the brush than my skin. I ended up resorting to my $3.00 elf Studio under eye product to do the job.
