Does not work for me at all
Does not conceal or brighten. I've tried it over and under concealer and just plain, and even attempted to layer it on to see if I could get eye brightening--no luck. Not really that good
I was a little bummed that this didn't do much to brighten under my eyes. My circles aren't very dark, but this did nothing to cover them, brighten them, or disguise them. The formula was a bit on the runny side (I tried from a sample size I received) and seem to stick more to the brush than my skin. I ended up resorting to my $3.00 elf Studio under eye product to do the job. Goes on smooth, looks good.

Not sure what this is for!!!!
This was a gift. I used it under my eyes, and it goes on smooth, but after rubbing it in a bit, it's gone! Not for everyone

Good Brightner
This is a good brightner. I used it to highlight the cheek bones after i apply my foundation. I never used it under the eyes though, didn't see a point. And judging by the other reviews I'm right. All in all I would not purchase again because of the size of the tube and the price of the product. Not their best work
Good color (for my very fair skin) and pleasant texture, but a bit too shimmery--unless your undereye area is perfectly smooth and taut it will probably highlight the bags and wrinkles.
