Yea...most importantly, moisturize, cut regularly, and grow out the ugly sun-bleached blondeness :( A couple more months to go!

I use all TRES Semme Products on my hair. I am growing it out for locks of love and it is very healthy , only because I follow the advice of my bueatician and let the natural oils build up for about four to five days before wasing and YES, Conditioning. I also use a pro-vitamin she has told me about , my hair does not have any grey and I am 48 years old.

Thank God my hair pulled through this summer without any serious damage

I used conditioner on my thick, long, but fine in structure hair. I never used it on the upper portion of my hair, because it was not damaged. I find that I like my hair to be more dry at the roots with the cleaning power of shampoo, because I tend to have an oily vs. dry scalp. I think conditioners there may also irritate sensitive skin, as I know people like that.
