"I drink a lot of green tea and eat anti-oxidants in the form of fruits, and a little dark chocolate," she says. "Ingesting anti-oxidants combats the oxidant stress and damage done to cells by aging, stress, smoking and UV rays."

Anti-aging secrets was a fabulous article-I have been a retin-A user for years-it is the holy grail of youth-but I especially like the Therapeutica sleeping pillow information-I wake up every morning with pillow lines-tried to stay on my back but it never happens-even tried face strips but they come off (then I have to hunt for them in the morning) So I will look to find the "pillow" and purchase it. Great information-thanks again.

I didn't realize that pounding the pavement could really damage skin, I thought that any exercise increased blood flow, but go figure. I love green tea, drink it everyday. Gread info!
