With skin cancer becoming so common these days, it's always important to arm yourself with lotions like this in the summertime. I slather it in my arms and legs and it keeps me healthy and safe. This sunblock is great for the avid runner like myself. I always wear it on my long run days out in the foothills. Even when I sweat it still protects me.
