Very Good product
I really like this product. I found that it does indeed help firm my skin! I like the smell and it goes into the skin well. It does have a particular scent. It isn't a bad scent, but it is definitely noticeable, so make sure you smell it before buying it. It has never dyed my clothes (like other self-tanners do). Keep in mind that this will not dramatically alter your color, but will give you a nice subtle glow - think a shade or too darker. This is one of my go to beauty products to be sure. Sucker
I'm a sucker for faux tans and wanted to try this out. However, since I have a slight yellowish tinge (I'm not jaundiced), it left me looking like an oompah loompah! Thank god I only used it on my legs! not 100 percent
I like this lotion, and I will definitely buy it again but I didn't notice any firming and not a whole lot of color either. It does give a subtle glow which I am happy with and it actually smells good, especially in comparison to some others I have tried. its not for me.
I used this years ago and had no issues. I would not buy in now b/c I prefer natural products and this is far from it. I had an overall fine experience when I used it. Mixed feelings
I like the color gradient you get from this, no streaks and i didn't look like Snooky. I didn't notice much in the firming department but i wasn't expecting much from Jergens brand. the scent isn't overpowering. good gradual tanner
I like this product for a natural looking gradual faux tan. It doesn't have that funky after-smell that lots of self-tanners have, which is a real plus - this is one of the only self-tanners I've found that doesn't have that. I also like the gradual tan, I feel that it looks more natural, with less streaking or orangey tones, but it does take a few days to build up, so if you want a tan quicker don't go for this one. It also has a bit of subtle shine to it, which is nice, but not too much, I don't want to go around looking like I just came from a Kesha concert. I also wasn't really sure about the firming aspect, though I must say that I bought a store brand to save a couple of bucks after using this product, and I did notice more cellulite on my thighs after that, so I'm thinking this product may have been doing something in that regard. Top drug store brand
Definitely up there in terms of value. You could spend so much more at Sephora buying another brand, but why do that when you can go into CVS and pick this lotion up? Gives the tan that it promises. Good color, not orange at all. Smell is there of course, as it is with all self-tanners, but it's minimal and is okay if you apply it at night and shower off in the morning. Fine...if you have no sense of smell
As for it's tanning properties, this is a decent lotion at a good price. The reason I'll never buy it again is the smell. It's an odd odor that lasts all day and soaks into your clothes (even when you've waited over an hour after applying the lotion to get dressed, as it doesn't absorb very quickly). We've all heard people criticize the scent of self-tanners, but this one has to be the worst I've ever used.
