This is a matte lipstick. It doesn't dry my lips and it feels weightless. The lasting power is quite decent. Don't expect that it will stay on all day, but it does a good job of lasting. I also like that the color is quite true and pigmented, all for only $3. It's just a little too sticky though. On one hand, the lipstick is reasonably priced and extremely pigmented. On the other, it comes off a bit chalky and splotchy. Doesn't apply evenly.
