decent nail polish
Overall I liked this nail polish fine, didn't love it, but it was okay. The brush is meant to cover your entire nail in one swipe, which is a good idea but for me it took some getting used to, so I had a bit of a messy first application. The color looked nice and dried quickly, which is always a bonus for me. I also like that this product is reasonably priced and comes in so many colors. The cons, it chipped after two days, and the product dried up in the bottle rather quickly. Great...at first
When I first tried this polish, I loved it. It dries fast and it's got one of those, wide, flat brushes that are so easy to use. It looks great! After using one color one time, I bought a bunch more. Trouble is, this polish thickens up FAST in the bottle once it's been used. I ended up getting two manicures (with touch-ups) per bottle - if that. The really opaque shades are the worst for this. They ended up being one-time-use polishes for me, and I don't have the budget for that. Maybe it's Me...
I got this in Beige Blast and my honest opinion is: ugh. The formula ran incredibly thin and extremely streaky; completely different from the reviews I've read. Nothing I tried worked! I love the wide brush, but it also made the thin polish run towards my nail grooves like crazy! For a professional who knows nail polish, this may work wonders. Hate the Brush
I really like the color selections & the formulas. The colors are very true & you only need one coat to get the color on the bottle on your nails. My one gripe is with the brush. It's very large & grabs a ton of polish even if you wipe the brush first. WORKS LIKE A CHARM!!!!
I LOVE this nail polish!!! First of all, I love how it actually works!!! Literally within 30 seconds of applying, my nails are dry!! The brush is the perfect size and shape to get a salon polish look at home. I also love the wide array of colors that are offered. I change my nail color as often as I change my mood so it really helps that they have soo many choices. It's a great buy ($4.95) in my eyes since it truly does what it says and I feel that my nails also don't chip easily when I apply the 2 coats followed by a clear top coat. Beware of the Brush
The colors are nice. It dries fast. But the brush is so fat and the formula is so thick that it's impossible to do a neat job. I'm capable of doing my nails perfectly, but not with this brand. Not COMPLETELY pleased...
Was given this product as a gift, so I cannot complain about price. I love the color (Co-Bolt Blue), but it stains the cuticles, and you have to use 5 times as much remover and work to remove it than you would with most other polishes(And the cuticles are STILL STAINED!), and it chipped within 12 hours. So, overall, the Pros: I love the color selection, it dries fast and has GREAT shine and coverage. Love! Finally no chips or smears!
I adore this nail polish and most of Sally Hansens formulas (especially the Salon Perfect Manicure polishes), especially the top coat! It ensures that I can set my coats nice and quickly and have them looking perfect, knowing I don't have to worry nearly as much as I used to about smearing, smudging or chipping. I hate having chipped or smudged nail polish, so I want it to last long as possible I get so sick of re-doing it all the time, so these are perfect for me. Pros and Cons
I like how it dries quickly, especially when I'm in a hurry. Sometimes I like the big brush and sometimes I don't. For one, I like the brush because you can get it in about two strokes. But on the other hand, I don't like it because it is so big and sometimes goes over the edge of my nails.
