I was diagnosed with adult onset acne. That means I developed acne in my adult life rather than teenage years! I believe a lot of it had to do with stress. I was given various creams and solutions like Retin A and Benzoil Peroxide,… by my doctors and also tried Proactiv. Vivoderm helped me the most. I still have break outs but I can say my skin is 90% better than what it used to be. The mask powder needs to be mixed with water. It is a little work but it is definitely worth it. You also need to use it at least three times a week.
