not what i thought it would be
I was hoping that this hair color would give me the results that I was hoping for but it disappointed. I picked it because it was supposed to work for people with dark brown to black hair. It was supposed to give warm golden tones to my hair but instead made it have a purple hint to it. Very Easy and not Messy!

Like it
I like this product because I can pick a color without worrying that it will have to much red in it or it will turn orange on me like a lot of the other colors. i love this product b/c the color is rich and longlasting, plus it perfectly matched my natrually black hair that tends to get a hint of brown in it from the sun which I hate, so this product keeps my naturally native hair as black as smooth velvet and just as soft. Not bad, but not the best
This hair color was just ok for me. The end color turned out much warmer than what was on the box (I used 8Neutral) but it was a very pretty color that I ended up liking. However, this really dried and fried my already dry hair. It took a couple of days to get it heathly looking again. Wonderful hair color
I used to color my hair, but had to stop because my hair got so dry. After over a year, I decided to color my hair again. I bought this, and the results were amazing. It's no drip, so there's no mess, and I got the color I wanted. Also, my hair was even softer after I was finished. Best Hair Color
I'm almost 50 and have silver hairs coming through. I swore I would never color my hair but one day tried this product. Works great, feels great and I don't walk around for days with smelly head. The conditioner not only works great but smells awesome. Just turned a friend onto this product. why so expensive?
Although I really appreciate "no ammonia" haircolor products, L'Oreal has/had a great one in Color Spa. It is basically the same type product in a smaller, less fancy box (no mirror on the top). I have previously used shade 5N...medium brown and it gives nice coverage, but so does Color Spa and also Clairol's Natural Instincts at a better price. This product covers the gray without having to use ammonia. It is a great value compare to other no-ammonia proffesional hair color such as CHI hair color.
