I've been using this product for 7 years. The formula is completely different from any other home highlighting kit I've ever tried, in that it's actually pretty moisturizing (and it doesn't dry and flake off during the end of the highlighting process). It is time-consuming to pull your hair though the cap, but the results are worth it. I always get compliments after refreshing my highlights with this kit. I've tried other gray covering hair color products and when I discovered L'Oreal Excellence, I've stuck with it for over 10+ years now. If you have Gray/White Hair on 99% of your hair this is definitely the product to go with. I've been reddish brown, golden brown, light blonde and dark blonde - they all cover gray superbly and leaves your hair feeling great!!
