  A Great Eye Cream, Sinks in Fast, Not Greasy

  Of all the Olay Pro X products that I've tried, this is the only one that I am genuinely enthusiastic about. An eye cream is essential- the thin skin around your eyes is one of the first places that will succumb to early aging. Essentials in an eye cream, for me, are: creamy but not greasy consistency, no burning to the ...eyes, sinks in fast, plumps up the skin. This cream does all of that - I will be buying this one!   it works

  I noticed a difference using this product after a couple of weeks. My fine lines weren't so noticable, my eyes looked better, and my skin was softer. I still have dark circles, but I also have sinus problems, so I don't think it can help my circles,but I was happy with the results otherwise. March 13, 2009, 7:26 am

  Miracle in a Pump bottle

  I have persistant dark circles around my overstressed 47 year old eyes. I saw the ad for Pro-X and was skeptical as I have tried everything. WELL, I am so pleased with the results so far. After only 12 days use I have noticed the dark skin start to lighten, fine and not so fine lines are plumping up and I look like I have h...ad more sleep then I've actually had in 5 years. You rub it in twice a day, not greasy at all, I use my Bare Minerals makeup over it and even that looks better. For the money spent the results are worth it.   Good Eye Cream

  I'm very serious about using an eye cream daily. I have dark circles and have yet to find a cream that actually says what it does. I can honestly say though that this cream really improved my under eyes. The area was lighter and the skin was smoother after a few weeks of use. I would highly recommend it. March 11, 2009, 8:01 pm

  GREAT

  Now I may not be the perfect candidate for this as I am 21 years old, don't have any wrinkles or lines on my face. I have oily skin and my problems are uneven skin tone and the occasional breakout/acne. My only problem area was my eye area. I did have lines (I noticed them whenever my concealer would settle into them...not... a good look). After using the Eye Restoration Complex, I honestly don't have that problem of concealer settling in. March 22, 2009, 11:30 pm

  Great kit with great products!

  The smart people at Olay have been at it again, coming up with new products to help in the never ending fight in the anti-aging wars. Our newest ally in the fight would be their Olay Professional Pro X. I tried their kit which contains the following: Age Repair Lotion with SPF 30 [1.0 fl oz (30 ml)]. Wrinkle Smoothing... Cream [1.0 oz (28 g)]. Eye Restoration Complex [0.3 fl oz (9 ml)]. You can pick this starter kit up for approximately $58.99 - $62.99 in stores such as Wal-Mart, Target etc and you'll get a nice little bang for your buck. I used the products on clean skin, like this. The age repair (which is reported to be good for UV exposure, Skin dryness and Fine lines and wrinkle) lotion goes on clean skin every morning, followed by the Eye Restoration Complex which the company tells us will also help skin's dryness, Crow's feet, dark circles and eye puffiness. The night time Regimen includes the wrinkle Smoothing Cream (good for alleviating skin dryness, fine lines and wrinkles, and uneven skin texture) followed again with the Eye Restoration Complex. Following this routine for about two weeks should show you marked improvement in your skin if you had any of the above mentioned issues, although I would add these products would be a good addition to your beauty routine regardless because of their helpfulness with UV exposure. As for my personal findings, I enjoyed the rich, creamy consistency of each of the products. They all went on smoothly and felt good going on my face. They weren't sticky or goopy, nor did they feel like they sucked in so fast that I felt like a giant sponge creature inhabiting the bathroom. They had a slightly herbal smell which I prefer to the slightly medicinal retinol-type products that claim similar results. I tend to have dryer skin in the cheek/under eye area, and I found that I remained a little dry in that area, so had to add a little moisturizer to that area under my make-up, but that would not deter me from using these products. Anyway, overall, after the trial period, my skin felt very soft and generally, better than it did before I started using the products. I would definitely give them a thumbs up and would recommend them to anyone who might be concerned with smoothing any fine lines or wrinkles that might be starting. The fact that the size products in the starter kit are all 1 oz or under, make them perfect for travel too, a nice perk. February 17, 2009, 6:51 pm

  It works.

  Overall I like this product. However I have really sensitive eyes and have had a couple of small issues with this product. The directions say to apply it to the corners, lid, and sub orbital eye area. I only use it under my eyes. When I apply it to my eye lids it irritates them. I can't apply this product directly befo...re I go to bed because it makes my eyes water a lot. Now with that being said, I do like this product. I have seen some fine lines around my eyes disappear. It is a little pricey but if you want something that works, try this one. February 17, 2009, 7:38 am

  a good eye cream if you really need one

  This review is really for the entire line and not just the Eye cream, which was good. It's a bit long, as I've just reviewed it for the upcoming Advice Sisters What Works Beauty, Cosmetics & Fashion review column. I have thought thought of Olay as one of the better, budget skin care lines. By budget, I don't mean that... the products are cheesy or cheeply made, just that they are not going to cost the same as a designer handbag! Let me paraphrase: This new set of Olay Professional-Pro-X products are more expensive by far than their other lines. So what's the difference between the regular Olay products and these products (other than nice looking red and white packaging? For starters, they contain stronger and in some cases, newer ingredients and formulas. The cost is higher, but research and technology and advertising need to be compensated, somehow. Depending upon which products you choose, they promise results in 28 days to: eliminate dryness, reduce fine lines and wrinkles, smooth out uneven skin texture, reduce the look of crows feet, and deal with dark circles and puffiness under your eyes. One particular product, the Age Repair Lotion, has an SPF of 30 and comes in a pump bottle, making it my favorite product. Doe it work? It is difficult to impossible for me to say that these products are better than the existing Olay Regenerist line, or that you really can see results in less than a month. But, given Olay's resources and great track record with skincare products, these products should perform as well or better than anything else you are currently using. They also (not all but most) have a new peptide that's even more powerful than the one in Olay Regenerist. If your skin is sensitive, however, the stronger product may not be the one that's best for you. The most important thing to remember about skincare is that you need to find the products that satisfy the needs of your type of skin, use them correctly, and regularly. The best skincare product in the world will dissapoint you if you pick the wrong one, or don't use it properly or consistently. If I had to bet on Olay, I think I'd be picking a winner!   Made my eyes look worse!!!

  I purchased the whole starter kit and this is the only product that I cab say I out and out disliked. My eyes looked puffier and my circles looked darker. No kidding! I used it for a week to give it a fair shake but I couldn't stand they way my eyes looked. I wouldn't purchase this again, especially with the hefty price tag... this carries for a drugstore brand.
