EcoTools Bamboo Powder Brush Reviews

Great for Powder
I bought this brush in a set, right before my wedding, which was over 4 years ago. The brush is still in great shape, barely sheds; the head is still tight to the shaft. It’s dense and soft, it holds product great. I almost exclusively use this brush for powder. I use it to set my foundation and concealer. I would buy this little guy again, especially for such a great price. The ecoTools line is also great for earth friendly makeup bags and brushes. I have other brushes that aren’t but this is great quality for the price and the fact that its eco just makes me feel good about buy it. — 7 months, 1 week agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 1 of 1 people said helpful

Very dense
This was part of a brush kit I purchased from Eco Tools. I haven't figured out how or what to use it for since the brush is so dense. It does feel wonderful on the skin - so soft! — 1 year, 10 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 2 of 3 people said helpful

Best Powder Brush
This is a great brush. It has a full head of bristles and they are the softest I have ever touched. I also like that the brush is earth-friendly and that it is very easy to clean. I have replaced all my brushes for EcoTools. — 5 months, 2 weeks agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 1 of 1 people said helpful

Rivals Urban Decay's brush...for less!
I love these brushes. They make me excited. Seriously. I have used Urban Decay synthetic brushes for years because they were the only brushes that worked as professionally as standard brushes but were cruelty-free. Then came EcoTools who make a wonderful, AFFORDABLE, synthetic alternative that also happens to be made from sustainable bamboo and recycled aluminum. And they work. WELL. This powder brush deposits just the right amount of pigment, blends beautifully, and is durable. It really does rival my Urban Decay powder brush which was three times as much. The other brushes in the EcoTools line (save for the blush brush) don't work quite as well, but this one remains a trusty part of my beauty tool arsenal. — 2 years, 3 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 7 of 8 people said helpful

Mediocre
I'm suprised to see so many positive reactions to this brush. I found it to be only average in terms of picking up powder and in application. The bristles are soft and they certainly feel like good quality but I found that actual application pales in comparison to a sephora brand brush or even cvs' line Beauty Essentials. I did begin using this for liquid foundation application and that seemed to work much more efficiently, the drawback to that though is they are incredibly difficult to clean, Overall, I would not suggest buying this product. — 1 week, 1 day agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 0 people said helpful

LOVE
Oh my god I love Ecotools SO much! Every single one of their brushes are amazingly high quality for the price. This one doesn't disappoint at all. It's probably the single softest brush I've ever felt in my entire life! It applies powder or blush really evenly, and it just feels so good on your face! I usually hate powder brushes because they're made out of scratchy natural hair, but this one is just...amazing. One of my absolute favorite things is they DO NOT SHED. At ALL. It's one of the worst things when you've already got foundation on your face and all of a sudden a few bristles come off on your face and you have to screw up your foundation just to get them off. You don't have to do that at ALL with this brush. I've had it for several years now and it hasn't shown any noticeable signs of wear even though I use it on a daily basis. I forgot to mention earlier how dense the brushes are. Usually for a brush this cheap, there are hardly enough bristles to get the job done. This isn't the case with this one (or any other Ecotools brushes I've ever tried). I honestly think they could get away with selling this brush for 30 dollars, but I'm sure glad they don't. I just can't believe how inexpensive this brush is for the quality you get! It's my absolute favorite brush and I recommend it for everyone! You will NOT be disappointed. — 12 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 3 of 3 people said helpful

My everyday powder brush!
I love all the ecotools brushes. This powder blush is definitely my favorite though. It's very soft, with a long handle, and application goes on perfect. I have tried tones of brushes, but this is my favorite! — 1 year, 1 month agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 2 of 2 people said helpful

Awesome Brush
I use this brush daily for my blush and bronze and have had it now for a year or so. This brush is amazing! No shedding, very soft and awesome at blending. Plus super easy to clean! I recommend this for everyone from beginner to pro. Ultimate positive about this product is the price. I think this one is far better than my Sephora blush brush or any of the MAC brushes I have used by far. — 9 hours, 56 minutes agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 0 people said helpful
