I use this all the time.
Any time my eyelashes get too clumpy, I use this and it separates well without stripping off too much mascara. The bristles are wide enough to separate the lashes and pull out clumps. This product works well, but I don't notice a large difference between it and cheaper made "non-eco friendly" products. I found the bristles didn't work any better than the synthetic variety.
