I love it! Great for length but not really designed for volume.
First of all I got to say, this is NOT designed for volume. If you want long and thick lashes, this product may not be for you or may require a small amount of supplemental mascara. But length, whoa did it deliver! I have short, thin eyelashes - not much length or volume going on there and have yet to find a mascara that supplies both beautifully. I've used a lot of mascaras! I previously u...read moresed a two step maybelline XXL intense, which is designed for volume and length. It always delivered for volume but not length. So what I do is apply this for incredible length, and do the base of my eyelashes, after it dries, with a little bit of my previous favorite which I have lots of on hand. I got to say, I put this on for work with just a little bit of the other for volume, and my eyelashes kept hitting my glasses and even eyebrows! I got so many complements from co-workers on how great my eyes looked. It works just as well as the Kiss Me brand and is a lot less expensive. The two step doesn't really take up much more time, no more time than it takes to add a couple more coats. But, I was all ready used to using a primer mascara. My only complaint - it doesn't come in brown - as a redhead, I love brown mascaras. But, the regular black isn't too dark. I didn't find the removal difficult at all! I hated the raccoon eyes I always got from other mascaras and found this one removed more easily than others I've tried! Love this mascara!
I have average length lashes and typically I'm a fan of Dior Show but I got this for Christmas and I was shocked! It is fantastic! My eyelashes were so long that they were almost touching my eyebrows. It didn't smudge and lasted all day. The only negative things I have to say are: they are annoying to remove.. the best way (I've found) is to take a warm wash cloth and massage your eyelids and las...read morehes. Then use the wash cloth or a tissue to gently pull the tubes off of your own lashes. The other negative thing I must add is sometimes it made my lashes feel stiff (stiffer than usual). Worst Mascara I've Ever Purchased
I bought this mascara yesterday and am not impressed at all. When I pulled the top coat brush out of the tube there was barely a trace of mascara on it. So I tried to twist the brush around in the tube and still had the same result. I tried to apply the top coat to my lashes after the base coat and it didn't coat my lashes at all. My eyelashes broke off!
I have very long lashes, and love to wear mascara to show them off. I have used this product a few times with no problems, but the last time I used it, I noticed that when the tubes came off with the water, my lower lashes came with them! I am not sure if I used enough of the white conditioner on the lower lashes and if that had any affect. Love it!
Yes, you do have an extra step, and yes, it is a pain to remove, but it is worth it. It made my rather short eyelashes noticeably longer, does not smudge no matter what, and looks as good at the end of the day as it does when I put it on in the morning. I love this mascara!
I've wanted to try one of the tube mascaras. This mascara does everything it says. My lashes look so long, and it curls them nicely too. Doesn't flake, doesn't run, and yet washes away so easily with water. I've tried every mascara there is, it seems, and this is the only one I intend to buy from now on. lovely lengthening

I recently tried L'Oreal Double Extend Lash Extension Effect Mascara ($10.99.) It uses the same "tube" technology that Kiss Me Mascara does. I was definitely interested, because this one is about half the price of Kiss Me. The process is different though. First you apply the white side, the nourishing basecoat. Then you apply the red side, the ultra lengthening topcoat. It claims to be s...read moremudge proof, flake proof, clump-free and 80% longer looking lashes. I wouldn't go as far to say they look 80% longer. For some reason, I feel like applying the white coat makes the lashes seem longer. The Kiss Me formula is very thin and not very volumizing in any way. They both are awesome in that they can be removed with warm water only. So which one do I like better? This one. the BEST!
This mascara's "beauty tubes" technology is good, but the best thing about this mascara is that it absolutely DOES NOT SMUDGE and is practically waterproof! Only comes off with water when you rub your eyelashes-and it comes off in the "tubes" form, too- not runny or mess like other mascaras.
