Good for massaging, not great at eliminating puffy eyes
luckybetty (880 reviews)I read many negative reviews about this product, but I wanted to see/feel it by myself. The roller has a metal ball, so when I roll it over my undereye bags, it gives a nice cool sensation. But that's pretty much it. Funny, I do feel skin around my eyes tighter right after I apply it. It's been about 2 months using this roller in the morning and at night, but I see only little visible changes...hard to tell. My dark circles are still there too. I will keep using it until it is over, but I won't buy the same roller again. I stick with a eye cream/serum, it's a good eye "massaging" roller though. — 1 year, 7 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 4 of 6 people said helpful

Surprised at mixed reviews...
alictasia (52 reviews)Don't wait any longer if you need something to help puffy or dark under eye area. THIS STUFF IS AMAZING! I have been using it for 3 days now and puffiness is GONE, darkness is greatly diminished. I was at my mom's this week and gave one to her. It might be the greatest Mother's Day gift ever. — 1 year agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 2 of 2 people said helpful

feels nice
LaurelJ (152 reviews)This product feels nice, but I really didn't notice much of a difference in the puffiness or dark circles. — 8 months, 3 weeks agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 1 of 2 people said helpful

Lovely!
jenicide1 (292 reviews)I don't see this product listed... but they made this in a formula to use under the eye for dark circles. I used it today and it really worked! very good. — 1 year, 6 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 1 of 1 people said helpful

Fairly Effective
amygab1126 (240 reviews)I'm liking this product. It doesn't work miracles (after a night of a LOT of drinking, you're going to have puffiness no matter what), but it does work alright. The cooling sensation is nice, and I think there is some noticeable puff-reduction. The price is a bit high, though, and you pretty much need to hold the product upside-down to get it to come out (so the picture on the box makes no sense). Concealer goes over it just fine, so that's a plus. I'm likely to purchase it again when I run out - but only on sale, with a coupon! — 2 years, 2 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 2 of 3 people said helpful

Cooling but doesn't help with puffiness
TwoBirds (284 reviews)Basically this is like splashing cool water on your face or putting some cucumber slices on your eyes. It feels refreshing, wakes you up a bit and you won't really notice results an hour later when you look in your mirror. The roller ball is metal so it does feel quite nice against puffy eyes and the liquid inside definitely doesn't hurt, but I feel like I'd be better off with a moisturizing eye cream than this roller ball. I mean I use it when I need an eye pick-me-up, but that's because it already is in my make-up box. I won't be replacing it with a new one when this one runs out. If you like the gimmick it won't bust the bank, but overall I'd expect more. — 2 years, 5 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 1 of 4 people said helpful
