Hands down the best. I am a vain and neurotic 42 year old woman with FLAWLESS skin. I have been using for 4+ years. DO not buy from anyone other than an authorized reseller...many fakes on Amazon and ebay. It is expensive and worth every single penny. TNS Serum
I've been using serum for 6 weeks. My skin is much smoother and softer. But I can't say it's alot brighter. I guess one thing I am somewhat disappointed in is that it doesn't really tighten my skin much, which is what I am looking forward. This product is good, don't get me wrong, I love the texture of my skin. However, it does not live up to the claims that Skin Medica makes.
