NO EFFECT! Save your money. Please!

I dont know where these great reviews come from— maybe some type of SkinMedica loyalty rewards or endorsements by friends/employees? My dermatologist suggested TNS ES for fine lines. Im realistic and dont expect miracles, but NO EFFECT after 5 weeks of daily use. Zero. I know full benefit takes 90 days, but some minor improvement should be seen by now, especially at this price. I see why Dermatologists suggest TNS, the $100+ mark-up is great business. Im not typically so skeptical but really feel scammed by this product. Info: Im 56 with even skin tone, told I look in my 40s, younger women have complemented my skin and ask what Ive products I use. But I do have fine lines around lips and chin which I hoped TNS would help with. Nothing.

Skin is more radiant and younger looking.

I must admit, I got this product for free directly from Skinmedica. At $200 I wouldn't have tried it. I am a very young looking 45 year old, but my skin is a bit uneven and I get acne. When using this my skin was much more radiant and evenly toned. It also seemed to clear up acne redness much faster than with using nothing.

Perfection

Hands down the best. I am a vain and neurotic 42 year old woman with FLAWLESS skin. I have been using for 4+ years. DO not buy from anyone other than an authorized reseller...many fakes on Amazon and ebay. It is expensive and worth every single penny. If you are going to scrimp on face cream, then use something else,,,but you will not get same results.

TNS Serum

I've been using serum for 6 weeks. My skin is much smoother and softer. But I can't say it's alot brighter. I guess one thing I am somewhat disappointed in is that it doesn't really tighten my skin much, which is what I am looking forward. using the serum

I've been using the serum for a few weeks now - no visible results and the smell of the serum is awful! Will continue to use till gone to give it a chance.

SUPER! SUPER-SERUM!
