Ladies, this concentrate is a great value for money. You don't need to spend lots of cash or travel far to get a great serum like L'Oreal's Skin Genesis Serum Concentrate (only $19.99). L'Oreal did a fabulous job in creating a product that uses the latest skincare technologies. This serum, however, is scented lightly. Although I would much prefer it was completely fragrance-free the scent didn't bother my very sensitive nose too much. The scent is not too strong and overpowering, so I can live with it.

Hyaluronic acid plumps skin from within, literally. Mixed together, the Skin Genesis products actually strengthen and moisturize your skin, making it stronger, firmer, and smoother. The Skin Genesis Multi-Layer Cell Strengthening Daily Treatment Serum Concentrate $24.99 (silver tube) was a 2008 CEW (Cosmetic Executive Women) award finalist this year. I liked this silicone-based serum that instantly gave my skin a smoother feel and kept my makeup from looking dry and flaky (a plus in Winter and Summer). Serums are highly concetrated --a plus for some, but I think this is best for normal to dry skin (if yours is oily, use a bit more sparingly). You will still need a moisturizer after you apply a serum, and Skin Genesis has several good ones to match your skin type.
