      I am a fan of the chocolate flavor protein shake pictured here. I just add a scoop to a tall plastic cup with lid (such as one from Tupperware) and pour in some lowfat milk and shake it up! It blends well, even without a blender - but best of all, I drank this every day with a healthy lunch, and it filled me up enough to cu...rb my hunger until dinner time. No more afternoon munchies!       Vanilla is my favorite!
