I LOVE THIS PRODUCT!! It tastes great, and it's easy to digest :)

I am a fan of the chocolate flavor protein shake pictured here. I just add a scoop to a tall plastic cup with lid (such as one from Tupperware) and pour in some lowfat milk and shake it up! It blends well, even without a blender - but best of all, I drank this every day with a healthy lunch, and it filled me up enough to curb my hunger until dinner time. No more afternoon munchies!       Vanilla is my favorite!

      These are the best shakes ever!! The vanilla is great with any fruit and make for a great breakfast on the go! I have VERY easily lost 10 pounds with very little effort as they are so filling! arbonnejoan @ gmail . c o m June 16, 2008, 12:29 pm

      Some weight loss shakes can taste pretty gross, but this one really isn't too bad at all. It has a much creamier taste. April 22, 2008, 7:15 pm
