Not chalky!

I don't usually like protein shakes because they taste so chalky and they make me gag. This one was a pleasant surprise. I tried the vanilla shake and it tastes like vanilla pudding! Not chalky at all!! I used a bit more water than was recommended, as I found the shake to be quite thick. Would have been good through a straw, I suppose! I also like that the shakes are gluten and soy-free, as a lot of people can't have gluten or soy and many protein shakes are made that way.

Vanilla is my favorite!

These are the best shakes ever!! The vanilla is great with any fruit and make for a great breakfast on the go! I have VERY easily lost 10 pounds with very little effort as they are so filling! arbonnejoan @ gmail . c o m

Tastes great!

Some weight loss shakes can taste pretty gross, but this one really isn't too bad at all. It has a much creamier taste.

I LOVE THIS PRODUCT!! It tastes great, and it's easy to digest :)

I am a fan of the chocolate flavor protein shake pictured here. I just add a scoop to a tall plastic cup with lid (such as one from Tupperware) and pour in some lowfat milk and shake it up!
