The new AgeSmart lip renewal complex was in research and development for four years. The result is a lip complex that LASTS. You only apply in the a.m. and p.m. It is not be used as a regular lip balm as it exfoliates and moisturizes at the same time. I use it in the morning and then use my lipgloss over it. The true test has been the cold spell we've had, and this new complex keeps lips perfectly exfoliated and moisturized.
